This location is ideal for southwest Utah and Northern Arizona park and trail exploration. We were in Cabin 1. We loved having a hot plate and fridge, made making meals so easy. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was so clean. Location is ideal. Close to amazing things. Then there is the service. Never make you feel like a bother, super responsive, super helpful and accommodating. 10/10 w... This location is ideal for southwest Utah and Northern Arizona park and trail exploration. We have one of the RV spots. Campground is so cute and quiet. Bathrooms and showers are nice, looks recently remodeled. Laundry room is nice and clean. Convenient to Bryce, Zion, etc. We are very pleased. Host has been very accommodating and friendly. We did not stay in any of the cabins but did peek in. Really cute and look comfortable.

I can't lend any rating on the small houses or room for rent at the park, because we didn't use them. I can't rate service because we never met anyone at the park. I can't rate service because we never met anyone at the park. We arrived on a Friday and left on a Thursday - a few days early on our reservation. No one came to greet us or even check to make sure we really were supposed to be there. Also, we booked site 6, and when we called to make sure about our reservation, we were told that something was wrong with site 6, and they moved us to site 7. But when we got to the park, there was another family at site 6, and they said nothing was wrong with the site. So please make sure you know which site you book and take a photo of your order. We wanted site 6, and we feel that we got moved because they messed around with the reservation. The park itself is in a great location. Halfway to Bryce and Zion. Close to lots of hikes and nearby towns. The amenities are OK. The laundry is OK. The wash is fine, but the dryer needs double the time to dry anything, so be prepared to pay for a dryer load. Yes, you are on the side of a cliff, AND the side of a highway. So yes, it's nice to look at the cliff- but you can't access it or climb it, and the road is noisy. There are lots of rv parks in the area, so if you need more of a community RV Park, this isn't for you. It was completely empty the week we were there. (Last week of March)

Really neat stop on our drive with the RV.. We stayed 4 nights to go to Bryce and Zion from here. Beautiful area. Small cabins looked really neat. Laundry and showers available. Looks like the smallest cabins are basic, but might be just what you need.

We picked this to camp at as we ventured around Zion. It's in perfect proximity to the east entrance to the park. We had planned for three nights here but only ended up staying one, only due to the fact that it's such a pain to drive an RV through the park.
