Had a great time here! As a solo traveler, I stayed in the cabin. It was great, close to Zion and was able to drive there within 15 minutes but stay away from the crowds that it had brought in. Bathrooms are nice, laundry is available, and had great views of sunsets!

Very nice ! We're full ttiming RV travelers for 3 years . I'd say one of the nicest , top RV camping resorts we've stayed. Not in the hub so it was quiet . Friendly employees, clean organized office and small store. Nice large RV sites . We had a level, gravel back in and was wide enough to park our jeep and still have an outside seating area with provided fire pit and picnic tables at each site... Very nice ! Full hookups with good water pressure, 20,30 ,50 Amp, good clean sewer. Clean bathhouse and laundry room. Nice pool area. Nice separate grassy park and picnic areas with grills , nice play ground , two fenced dog parks . Cabins looked nice from the outside. Some rv sites are concrete pull through with full hook ups. Lots of shade trees. Close to town, restaurants, gift shops , activities and of course beautiful Zion NP entrance. We were there last week of October so the RV resort wasn't full. They handed out Halloween candy to the kids. They do offer winter discounts . I felt Very safe here. Beautiful scenery and Its family and pet friendly. . I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this RV resort to every good traveler.

We asked for an extra night and the nice lady helped us add it right away. An amazing place to camp out in your RV or car camper when you’re visiting Zion. They have practically everything available here if you also don’t want to go do anything. Perfect place for groups/families that like to do different things. Pool, hot tub, pristine showers/restrooms, communal indoor/outdoor area, convenient shop inside with their office for check-in, and clean/well maintained grounds. This place has set my standards high being the first ever RV Park I ever visited for only around $80-$90/night. It’s better than your typical motel these days which is crazy. The staff were amazing along with all the guests. I will definitely remember this place if I ever return to Zion in the future. Thank you so much! I also forgot the man’s name, who spoke to us about his sailboats. Such a friendly and nice staff. I wish him luck on his instructing lessons!

Fenced area for dogs was clean, but just simple dirt area. River running just behind the campground with views was a bonus. Appreciated the ample grassy areas around the park, incl at the sites with decent spacing between them. Our location was right by the main sewer/septic area, so unfortunately it smelled. A pump truck arrived at 7:30am during our stay. It ran (LOUDLY) and was on site for over an hour. The pricing by comparison to other nearby parks is why I chose this location. Most likely will not rebook for future trips.

Place is great! Of course we will come back. They have a design "quirk" in the layout of the camp sites. The sites are half gravel and half grass. They have a rule, nothing on the grass. Well, ok. But, if you follow the road signs and park how you are supposed to to have the power, sewer, and water hooked up on the correct side .... then your coach front door opens onto the grass and they don't want that. No problem, pull in the wrong way and throw the hoses under the coach. Beware, the water pressure is 110 PSI so either use your own water or MAKE SURE you have a good water pressure regulator. Also, turn off water if you leave your site because this level of pressure will pop internal hoses. The cancellation policy does not allow us to change (shorten) the duration of our stay. We tried to shorten just prior to check in and were told theybwpuld charge us the full 7 nights even if we left twp.days early. I think of ypu did it 8 days out, they would have been more accommodating. So, no late changes. In closing, give them your business... this place is beautiful and 25 minutes to the Zion entrance.
