The water pressure is garbage. Even during non-peak hours. The sites are very small. They assign large rigs tiny spots to the point where you can’t park your car on your site (I’ll admit I got lucky with my spot but the rest of the spots are tiny). In my opinion, the prices for month are expensive for what you get. During the snow storms that rolled thru, there was no attempt made to clear the snow. To the point that everyone was driving on 4-6 of ice for a few weeks. Tree limbs will fall on your camper. WiFi isn’t worth your time. Long timers were required to winterize the water spigot and if it busted would be responsible for paying for repairs. They offered a service for them to winterize for you but that was $80. Their emergency line is a joke so hopefully you don’t need it. The only saving grace was that they sorted mail out for you and there were a handful of employees that were friendly and helpful.

Went there the other weekend in Asheland, Virginia and the camp was amazing! The owners Robert and Karen are such nice people and made my stay welcoming and smooth. They also did a fun New Years Eve event for the campers with a magician and DJ as entertainment! From check in to check out you can tell the amount of work and care they have put in to it. 5 Stars!

We stayed here for nearly seven months while we were working in Virginia. We were so pleased at the amenities and the activities offered. The staff was great and friendly. The location made it easy and convenient for shopping and getting around as it is located off I-95. We really loved our time here!

Don’t stay here if you want to be harassed and have them kick you out because of personal matters. They don’t know how to keep personal and business separate. They play nice but aren’t. Horrible management. The “security system” doesn’t work. The owner refuses to replace it. I know this from the managers daughter. They only have live view. Get your own cameras. 3 washers and 6 dryers for the guest... Don’t stay here if you want to be harassed and have them kick you out because of personal matters.
