Larrabee State Park is definitely one of the few state parks I know I’ll be coming back to. Check-in was super easy, and the staff were very polite, kind, and well-mannered. The park itself is very well maintained, and you can tell the rangers and staff take pride in their work. Since there was a burn ban during our stay, we brought a propane fire pit, which ended up being perfect—especially when... Since there was a burn ban during our stay, we brought a propane fire pit, which ended up being perfect—especially when the rain came through. It kept us warm and made sitting outside still enjoyable. Some of the parking stalls are a little close together, but we were able to make it work just fine. The park has access to a beautiful beach. It’s a bit of a walk to get there, but absolutely worth it. There are also several trailheads nearby, making it a great spot for hiking and exploring. The restrooms were kept very clean and neat, which we really appreciated. Another plus is the park’s location—it’s close to Bellingham, so if you forget anything, town is just a short drive away. Overall, this park exceeded my expectations. Huge thanks to the park rangers and everyone who helps maintain such a wonderful place. We’ll definitely be back!

Campgrounds are nice, but campsites are quite small. Can hear the train and cars pass by but didn’t bother us too much. Firewood available for purchase from camp host for $7/bundle, and beach is quite nice, but you do have to walk from the campsite.

Definitely a nice campground in terms of the layout and ocean lookouts/beach. That being said, the constant trains made it difficult to get a good night of sleep. It also sounded like the location was under a flight path and some cars were very noisy. Great location for popping into town or going mountain biking at Galbraith (definitely a lot of bikers camping).

This campground is very nice in the summer and warmer temperatures! The beach is fantastic and the views from the trails are spot on! Each campground is divided between power and no power, so choose which location you'd like most! There is a lack of internet at the campsites however, so if you need it for anything, I would consider that as something to look at.

Lots of trains, very nearby... not sure if any of the sites would be much of a difference in noise level, its pretty loud. The economy sites are $23 and only include a table and fire ring. Otherwise, a very nice place in a nice setting. Warning to rv drivers... the road to this campground is narrow and winding.

Its more of a trailer park than a campground. Lots of full timers/long termers . Its really tight. We were lucky though, no one parked next to us. Finding the office open is a crap shoot. No camp fires allowed. It is a safe, clean and quiet environment though. All that being said..... it's not terrible.

A great stay and very accommodating staff. We had a couple minor situations (our fault) that we asked them to help with and they did. An early arrival (no problem--thank you Eagle Tree staff) and getting us the same site we liked. Our site was very pretty next to a forest and perfect for us. I highly recommend Eagle Tree and we will return.

We’ve camped here on and off for 5yrs. And it’s a great spot to be. It’s close to Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. It’s always fun to see multiple families riding bikes, and hanging out together. And the fur baby loves the trails!!

Deep in the woods with a very outdoorsy ambience. Prices are reasonable and plenty of room for parking. Mostly long term monthly tenants, and there is a group of kids under 8 that run around unsupervised.

Great stay! We were supposed to be there for 2 weeks but ended up staying for a month due to the convenient location, wonderful staff and mostly friendly folks around. There are trails in the back area of the grounds. Clean facilities! Very appreciative of the folks here. Highly recommend.
