We had the opportunity to camp at Dawleys over the first weekend of October. It was so much more than I had hoped for. We stayed in a Hideaway 3 with our trailer and it was a very nice pull through site. Every RV spot we saw was easy to access with privacy. We stayed in a Hideaway 3 with our trailer and it was a very nice pull through site. Every RV spot we saw was easy to access with privacy. They all had picnic tables with umbrellas and nice firepits built for fire cooking. They have garden gnomes and forest decorations throughout the park which are a fun surprise. I can tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into the park. The bathrooms were clean and the dish washing station is a nice touch if needed. The location is a perfect base camp for seeing all the beautiful sites like Sol Duc, Hoh Rainforest, Ruby Beach, Cape Flattery and more. I would highly recommend staying here in an rv, if you don't mind dry camping, because they don't have hookups (which was fine by us.) They had plenty of room at sites to either back in or pull through the sites. Sites are plenty wide enough for slideouts as well. And they also provide many tent and walk in sites along the river if you're tent camping. We will definitely be going to Dawleys again soon. In fact we're already planning the next trip!

To my surprise the camp host approached our site and asked if anyone lost a ring and I was floored with gratitude! Excellent service and wonderful experience. Highly recommended checking it out! We will be back for sure

What an enchanting campground! Rachel and Dale made a point of making sure we had everything we needed including a place to charge our ebikes as we were on an extended bike trip. Their hospitality, love of the outdoors, and sincere desire to help everyone have a great time shows throughout the campground. From the super clean toilets to the places to wash your dishes, they’ve thought of everything... What an enchanting campground! Each night I was lulled to sleep by the sounds of the Sol Duc River and each morning I woke to dappled sunlight through the beautiful canopy of trees. We will be returning for sure! Thank you, Dale and Rachael!

We visited from Montana, and stayed in Salmon Run #2 site. It was shaded all day, and very quiet. This campground is ideally located for seeing the area sights without extra driving. this campground is a MUST stay if you are going on a peninsula adventure! The campground is incredibly clean, quiet, and easy to navigate! The proximity to the river is wonderful and you can even go explore the hatchery! As a heads up, you do have to bring your own drinking water, and there are no showers, but other than that, this is the perfect accommodation for a place to sleep during your PNW... this campground is a MUST stay if you are going on a peninsula adventure!
