I have lived in few parks. Been here for last 5 years. Manager and owners are amazing. Very caring and want to help if they can. 98% of people that live her are the most caring people. If I have to be stranded on a island. The residents and staff at Eagles nest is who I would want for my crew.

We stayed here in the summer of 2015 for one night after visiting Lava Beds. The workers were nice and the grounds were very clean. The bathrooms and showers were older but were also very clean. The park was quiet and serene the whole time were there. A great end to a tiring day of travel and sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, the manager Frank is a nice and reasonable guy. The Owners that now live on-site are a very nice couple and long time residents of the area. It's great they have on-site restrooms /showers and laundry room as well for guests.

Avoid this place like the plague. The only reason I'm leaving two stars rather than one is because of the nice view and crisp mountain air. There is a small shower/laundry house. Most of the residents are long timers with older model RVs, a non-issue for me but worth mentioning. The reason for the two stars is the management/tyranny of the park. From what I was told by the owner there is one manager, but the same manager delegates power out to a couple other residents at the park. The result is inconsistency and abuse of power. It got so bad the landlord was showing up regularly to straighten things out. I witnessed the manager and his buddies bully an older lady into leaving the park by tampering with her hookups (they disconnected her propane and her fridge went bad) and withholding her mail. I was personally told I wasn't allowed to have the hood of my car open because it meant I was working on it, which is something else, I was told it's against the rules albeit not written down. The list of unwritten, made up rules included not being allowed to call the landlord and only being able to pick up mail 3 days a week between 2pm and 4pm. It got too stressful there I finally left after the lot rent was doubled without any notice.

Park is Family owned and taken care of concinscious. Well mowed grass No weeds Older trailers and motorhomes. Things are in repair and in process of being maintained. Everything was fine. When I checked around my trailer in the last days, there was a fresh used condom outside the window of my 4 year old grandson's window. Grossed my wife out and was a big concern to me... We left immediately. Not a reflection on the manager or their family. Nor on the RV Park itself. Just that something is not safe for our grandson. It put me on-guard and in protection mode.
