Had to hike 8 miles up the road to get to the trailhead due to a washout. Crews were almost done when we came back and the road should be opened soon I'd expect. Definitely nice to camp by the bridge and watch the sunset.

Walk from South Mowich to here. The campsite is spacious. There is a beautiful waterfall or large glacier. The atmosphere is good. There are wild strawberries near the tent area. The toilet is open and open to nature. Walk further 300 meters to the left and there is a stream where you can refill your water.
