Great campground. Huge private pull through full hook up sites. Great restaurant on site. We ate dinner and breakfast it was so good. Be sure to have the sourdough pancakes and ask for some spruce tip syrup. Reindeer sausage is delicious. Be sure to attend the pancake toss in the evening Lots of fun, dad jokes, and the possibility of winning $10 off on breakfast. We would absolutely stay... Great campground. This is the place to stay! Just off the highway, but super quiet. Good for big rigs. Tent camping too. Lots of trees between sites. Feels like a state park but with hook ups (a huge compliment!) A very charming and fun place to stay. It’s slightly off the main drag, which makes it quieter. For tent camping, spot D4 is the best size and location. Wall tents are nicely situated but the walls don’t close and there’s no mosquito netting—just be forewarned. The pavilion is a comfortable place to hang out and chat with other guests. Overall, a cozy and convivial campground. I recommend it!

The cafe is delicious for breakfast and lunch and the people running and working at the cafe and campground are the nicest and friendliest folks. We enjoyed our stay so much. Big thanks to Tim, Claire, and Grey who filled our days with lots of laughs. ❤️

The staff is what puts Sourdough Campground over the top for me. From the friendly check-in to the friendly breakfast service to the very fun world-famous pancake toss! The campground is nice, too. From the friendly check-in to the friendly breakfast service to the very fun world-famous pancake toss! The campground is nice, too. Laundry room is small but has 5 washers & 4 dryers for $3.00/load & the machines worked as expected: everything is clean & dry. We stayed in a pull-through site (E2) which was the only site available when I reserved it two days prior to arrival. Oddly, the reserved sites stayed mostly empty during our two-night stay. Had I had a choice, I would have picked a site further from the dump station, which is literally next to site E1. But, again, the staff is what made this place special for me. Thanks Sourdough Campground!
