We attended the Cirque de Mesa equestrian event. It was located in tents on the grounds. We were in the front row The house were just way too close. We had dirt and debris thrown on us. I had handfuls of dirt in my bra. My black jeans were brown from all the dirt. My hair had dirt in it. I have been around horses since I was 5. I did not feel that the 2 half hour shows were worth $70 per person.

Went to the Fair and Rodeo which where both great. Though the sanitary situation is a another story if it is not brick and motor bathroom. All the Porta potties which is the main option and only option in most areas. Where overflowing and spilling sewage. To use the outhouse you had to stand in open sewage an almost an inch deep in some. Now the next day I have to wash and sanitizes my shoes. A... Went to the Fair and Rodeo which where both great. And when I told the staff they acted like they cared about though they didn't care soon as I left.

Barely explored the entire location. I only went to a community event at the Armory Building.

Do not tent camp at this site. They are not prepared or ready for it. Bathrooms were locked. Nobody told us where in the grounds to camp and as such, we got hit with the sprinklers at 4:00 in the morning. Their number is posted on Palouse to Cascade trail for tent camping. I would never come back.
