About Icewater Creek Campground

Campground in Washington.

Nestled in the heart of Washington's stunning national forest landscape, Icewater Creek Campground offers RV travelers an authentic escape into nature without sacrificing comfort and convenience. This well-maintained facility serves as an ideal base camp for those seeking to explore the diverse ecosystems and outdoor recreation opportunities that define this region of Washington state.

The campground's location provides excellent access to some of the Pacific Northwest's most breathtaking scenery. Towering evergreens frame the camping areas, creating a peaceful canopy that filters sunlight and keeps temperatures comfortable even during warmer months. The natural setting immediately transports visitors away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, replacing it with the gentle sounds of the forest and the fresh mountain air that draws people to national forest camping year after year.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding national forest is a playground of possibilities. Hiking trails of varying difficulty levels wind through the area, offering opportunities to discover hidden waterfalls, alpine meadows, and panoramic viewpoints. Anglers will find plenty of reasons to bring their fishing gear, as nearby streams and lakes provide excellent opportunities to catch native species while surrounded by pristine wilderness. The forest also welcomes mountain bikers, wildlife watchers, and photographers who come to capture the region's natural beauty across all seasons.

The campground's proximity to both remote backcountry experiences and small communities means you're never far from supplies or services when needed. This balance makes Icewater Creek particularly appealing to RV travelers who want authentic forest camping without being completely isolated. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, the location works well for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

The consistently high ratings from past visitors speak to the quality of the camping experience here. People return season after season to enjoy the combination of natural beauty, accessible recreation, and the special magic that only a national forest setting can provide.

Nice base for a moto adventure. Early June weekday and we had the place to our own. Amazing dirt trails and gravel roads all around.

Small spots, it's about 10 degrees colder next to the creek. Not great for tents but if you got RV who cares. Little tight in the turnaround, wouldn't want to drive 30ft+ RV in. This is moto campground so don't expect peace and quiet. Kids singletrack up the hill is actually pretty challenging. Watch out for all the posts pretty much there to dent your rigs up. Location is great to catch the 1377... Small spots, it's about 10 degrees colder next to the creek. Not great for tents but if you got RV who cares. This newly renovated park is a terrific place to spend a weekend in the woods. There are individual and group sites available and include a creek that runs through it. The creek is fun to play in and the flow is minimal so it’s safe for most kids.

Good campground. I'll use it again and recommend it. No running water. Two small outhouses. Campgrounds are not very secluded. Small bridge across the creek leads to a cub motorbike trail.

Stayed there with a couple dogs. Had the place to ourselves. Peaceful. Our spot was up against the creek.
