Collin is a very gracious and accommodating host! The campsites are well spaced and clean. The toilets are small but kept clean. There is fresh water available too. We will camp there again and again!

Love the outside, the lake an the trees to run along were amazing. but each campground was to close together like less then 10 steps away from eachother. The bathrooms (pretty clean portapotties but some smelled awful even from afar) didn't have sinks and no shower in sight. Water was nearby and when we frist saw it, took my breath away. Quiet by 10pm is understandable but the freeway was so loud... Quiet by 10pm is understandable but the freeway was so loud in the silence that It startled some awake. So that makes it a bit confusing. An weird popping sounds at night. The land just carried my rating everything else was ok or questionable. Park ranger was sighted but we didn't really speak to them besides asking a question. Seemed like a soild reasonable human.

Great location numerous activities. Lake, river and trails good for short family hikes. Campground sites are generally large with adequate privacy. Basically no cell service and a bit too close to the Hwy. Clear Lake is only a couple miles West with many activities. Hiking Round Mountain and exploring rivers and waterfalls

Pleasantly surprised. -1 star for having quite a bit of high way noise but other than that it was good. Simple sites, fire pit, table, and driveway/pad (no water, electric or sewer on the site, communal water tap near by). Didn't feel like we were on top of the neighbors which was nice. Pit toilets were not bad for being pit toilets. Friendly hosts with firewood available.
