Wonderful quiet beautiful Campground. Very quiet and private sites. Almost noone here 8/11-14/2025. Absolutely loved it! AT&T works fine, no TMobile. Must register and pay by QR code on phone.

Great place to. boondock. No water, when we visit for some reason. No reservations needed, being a mile and half off the highway, made it nice and quiet. Sitting an elevation at about 2,900 ft. Helped with the summer heat. No a/c was needed. Easy access to Early Winters creek, with a few other trails to explore. There was no real mosquito problem to speak of. We will be visiting again.

We went during off season in November. No fees during this time. We has the campground to ourselves. We managed to scrounge for some firewood but it was frozen and wet - would highly suggest bringing your own during the winter months. The bathroom was cleaned and fully stocked with toilet paper. Photos are of the Maple Pass hike near the campground. Beautiful area.

Great campground. Went very late june, and man might I say the weather was great. Not blistering heat but not super cold. We camped from Wed-Sun. There were plenty of sites open to us when we arrived, it did slowly get more pact as the week went on, but still were about a third of the sites left when we aswell as alot of others left on Sunday Its a great campground with plenty of things to do ar... Decent camp area. The spots have a barricade to prevent trailers from parking near the fire. I hadn’t seen this before. The creek is close by, maybe a 3-4 minute walk. It is small but can be heard while your in tent. Bathrooms are a pit style. Fresh water at taps around the grounds. No camp host was at our spot, don’t forget to pay😉
