They enforce park rules but do exercise a little common sense/flexibility if you need it to get some projects done. I appreciate that. The pricing is very good and is the main reason I extended my work contract in town. For a light sleeper, it does suffer from highway noise and small spaces. But the price and the managers are so nice that it out-weights those issues, for me.

Being close to many retail stores, good food areas and friendly neighbors to live with, this place is great for short term or long term living. Everyone is supportive towards each other.

Showers/bathrooms/laundry areas are very clean and well maintained. Speed bumps are not bad as some reviews have suggested.. just pay attention, which you should be doing already. Close to fuel (maybe 3 or 4 blocks), a casino, food isn't too far with a number of restaurants at the next exit down 82. Nice place all in all.

I live in the Snohomish county. I rented a RV space here because I come here to work. This RV park seems to improve after the new owner came. The internet speed is faster, the RV park is more clean, and the new manager Leslie is friendly. In general, my neighbors are friendly. I have been here for 4 years.
