I've lived here for about 6 months. The Owner and Manager have been very helpful during this time. I highly recommend this property. I see NO drugs or drug activity here. Thanks to the manager who weeded all that out. It stays quiet here most of the time. The Owner has a dry sense of humor and I can joke with him. I have nothing at all to complain about.

For the price you can't beat this place! Just a $75 deposit and $99 for my first months rent to move in. Monthly rate of $250 thereafter you can't find rent that cheap! And within walking distance to the ocean. No frills park but i don't mind with rent this low. Nice neighbors, park owner works great with his staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I will say if you call and they have a spot avail... For the price you can't beat this place! Just a $75 deposit and $99 for my first months rent to move in. I didn't the first time and it took me 3 months of calling to get a spot. Boy was it worth it ! Recommend to those on a tight budget. I feel safe here and welcomed.

Only a phone number was provided and my job only allows me to call around midnight so I thought I would call and leave a message and get a later response. I have the cash to rent right away with a new trailer and To my surprise I had an older guy answer very rude saying to never call that late and doesn't care why I had no choice. This is poor business and if it was to late then they need to turn... I have the cash to rent right away with a new trailer and To my surprise I had an older guy answer very rude saying to never call that late and doesn't care why I had no choice. This is poor business and if it was to late then they need to turn the phone down and keep answering machines on during non business hours. We were going to bring lots of business to them before the rude words and threats to not call back. They should fire the jerk who speaks before thinking of his business needs. I will spread this poor experience to my employees and business partners and social/investment groups. I was even on the list for the next available spot which I won't be taking. I'm feel very disrespected and disappointed!

Cheap place, and unworthy of the bad reputation it has. It's not some drug infested park, and the locals need to know that. He has help there, but his guy that helps him has no respect for tenets trailers, or motorbikes, and everything that comes out of his mouth is a smart assed comment. Strongly advise everyone who considers this place to avoid it. Bathrooms alone are like a lab experiment. Don't go into that shower if you like you feet attached to your ankles.

I love living here. The rent is cheap, the owner and manager are more like helpful neighbors than Landlords and it's quiet. At night you can hear the Pacific Ocean waves.
