Kila Hana Campground

My dad and his friends used to camp here when they went out to surf at Westport, so I guess I'm a bit biased by my emotional attachment to this place, but I love Kila Hana Camperland. I've stayed here a few times by myself and, while it is a bit expensive nowadays to camp, it's peaceful, the facilities are nice and so is everyone I've come across while staying here. I've attached some pictures from the 80's-90's when my parents and friends stayed there often. Last time I stayed there was in 2019 and it was still being run by one of the original owners, but not sure if it's still under the same owners. Regardless--long live Kila Hana Camperland!

We recently stayed at Kila Hana for a couple nights. As we pulled in, we were greeted by the grounds keeper who took us to our site and helped us get backed in. Such a nice friendly guy. Later the owner brought us our paperwork. Again, so nice and friendly. They have a nice kitchen/rec area where you can cook or just hang out. We had a very nice, relaxing time at Kila Hana. This was our the first time staying here and we loved it! We usually stay at Grayland campground but will be coming here from now on. This place gives a very nostalgic feel.❤️ The hosts were easy to communicate with and made you feel right at home. There is a rec room and other outdoor games provided as well as a gift shop. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are free. The tent camping sites a... This was our the first time staying here and we loved it!
