I don't live here but walk by it quite often. It's well maintained and the some of the tenants have made beautiful gardens. The trailers are spaced apart from each other and it seems peaceful. Would consider living here if my circumstances would ever change.

Police are here alot. Also, 21 homes are going to be removed because of a sale of the front part of the park. Management won't tell us the truth about the sale (they deny it as rumor but we've all seen documents), or which homes will be removed. This is quite harmful to seniors who live here, & dishonest. We have none of the protections that every other rental in Wa State benefits from & no yearly... Police are here alot. I do not recommend living here!

The worst place to live, look elsewhere! Manager is arrogant, has favorite tenants that don't follow the regulations. I was at here even a month and he tells me "just wait till I evict you!" I began documenting everything including him mowing rv space next to my rv spitting up rocks hitting my windows. I confronted him and was treated like a child shaking his finger at me. I'm 70+ and single.... The worst place to live, look elsewhere! Manager is arrogant, has favorite tenants that don't follow the regulations. Noisey neighbor inside this gazebo waking me up every single day. I do deliveries sometimes till 1 am. This is right outside my window where I sleep and sit quietly when I am home. I can't even take a nap if I want to. I'm seeking legal advice this week for elder abuse case. Someone unplugged my rv one night as I slept. Neighbor brings out her tv to watch in this gazebo, it's after 10 pm quiet time. I had to call the police.
