We stayed here over Independence Day weekend (and for a few, much quieter days afterwards), so our review will be a bit skewed in some areas. Pros: - Close to beach with nice walking access trail - Paved roads and paved, level RV spots - The staff we're pretty nice and relaxed (especially after the flood of campers from over July 4th weekend 😅) - Laundry facilities were clean, although the machines are older. Cons: - Speed limit NOT enforced.  If you're a parent, be especially aware of this as some of the cars are really zipping around. - Spots are super narrow - way, way too close to neighbors and you basically feel you're in the same RV as them.  I included a picture of our slide that extended over half of the neighbor's front yard - there's just no way to avoid this. No neighbor was currently there when I snapped that pic, of course. But when neighbors were there, they had to be careful not to bump into our RV and they went in and out theirs. - Sewer and fresh water connections just inches from each other.  Please consider moving these apart. - Unfortunately no regulation on people blasting their music during the day.  Multiple campsites basically trying to drown each other's music out with their own. - Many, many loud, modified diesels in the campground that continually paraded in and out of the campground. (Most were speeding). For three days, some dude with a train horn kept blasting it both within the campground or when we was taking off on the main road. - Allowed late check-ins.  Again, having to listen to impact drivers being used on stabilization jacks and loud conversations during their late setups (and super early checkouts) while we were trying to sleep. - Dogs off leashes - Pool table / game room closed - TV not operational either in the lounge. We eventually left early because we kept having neighbors come in and out of the sites next to us.  The last neighbors settled in and they were very noisy with their two RVs and a few kids.  They must have been newer RVers that don't understand how to treat their RV gently or what quite time is.  Couldn't get good sleep nor work well during the day (I and a remote worker). Our rec: just go during slower times and, if you get a spot that has some separation, you'll probably have a great experience. Or, as I see now during more available times, there's options to upgrade your spot to have a bigger front yard. These upgrade options didn't exist for us when we booked.

This is our second stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and the pool is heated to 82°. We stayed two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our stay happened to coincide with the kite festival and it was so cool to take in all those kites!

It’s very painful on their paws all of us had to pick up our dogs and walk them to the sandy areas at the end of the park it looks like this has been going on for the last seven years and they still haven’t done anything about it. I know that these type of weeds are treatable. Time to get your act together
