It's located on the west shore of Lake Sawyer in a beautiful setting. Major shopping areas are within a few miles, and a delightful country store (Lake Sawyer Market) is within walking distance, along with the wonderful restaurant, Europa Cafe. It's difficult to over-state the beauty of the lakeside area. It's a bit noisy if in a site near the road, but the residents are generally a very quiet and respectful bunch. On the downside, the campground is showing its age and needs some TLC. Facilities are run-down, though the restrooms are in good repair. The family clubhouse and adult lodge are locked, and used for storage. It's either stay in your RV or use the chairs and tables to enjoy the spectacular lake view. We stayed for two nights in mid-July -- peak tourist season during a period of spectacular weather. None of the cabins appeared to be occupied, and at least 1/3 of the campsites were vacant. We rented a full-hookup, 30-amp, site for our 38' diesel pusher. I thought the price was a bit steep, at $60. $52 gets you a partial hookup site. Sites and roads are packed dirt, and sizes typical of commercial campgrounds -- your slide-out will be within a few feet of your neighbor. The office has a teeny-tiny store, with an odd assortment of offerings.

This is definitely not a resort. The lake is pretty, though not swimmable from the beach at property due to sludge, mud and plants but still a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the views for an afternoon. The park is dog "friendly" with a lot of rules and there are a few dog friendly restaurants near by ( The Vault is an amazing place to eat and only an 8 minute drive). The list of nice things end here. The campsites are EXTREMELY small. It's basically a large lawn that they have sectioned into campsites with some picnic tables. Zero privacy and I mean zero because you are parked so incredibly close to the next RV. The bathrooms are a disgrace. Only two stalls and two showers. The stalls are awful. One of the toilets has an issue that causes it to run after flushing leaving the tank empty which causes issues with flushing the next time someone uses it. This left one stall almost completely unusable and gross. Shame since this has a very easy fix. The bathroom is covered in cobwebs. Trash cans are full. Floor is dirty and the stall doors don't close properly. I didn't have a shower. Couldn't bring myself to with the state of the washrooms. My partner had a similar review for the men's washroom. There are a lot of locked up/ out of commission buildings on the property. I think in it's heydays it probably had a cafe and an event room? now they just sit messy and locked up. The park has an eerie feel. We have stayed in 10 other campsites/RV Parks on this trip alone. If you are desperate for a layover place for one night, this place will do but I 100% do not recommend this for any longer than that. There are plenty of well maintained and beautiful state and county Parks in the area within a similar price range. Such a shame because the place has the potential to be a great spot but clearly and as stated in many other reviews the poor management has definitely taken a toll on the look and feel of the place.

Ive been staying here for a couple weeks and decided I wanted to stick around and do month to month. Well I applied and was told they'd have no problem getting me in. I was told later on they had no space for me, even though the person in the long term space behind me just moved out. They never even processed my application. When I tried to talk to them over the phone about it, asking if they were sure or if it was just a mistake, I was ignored and rudely hung up on by the older woman named Vicki. I've been nothing but a respectful patron here. I've paid my dues, followed the rules, and been very respectful to them and this is how I'm treated? They're discriminating against me for reasons I don't know. All my neighbors, who are very nice, have had zero problems getting accepted for month to month spaces when I talk to them about their experience here. Why am I the exception? All I do is go to work and come home at night. I'm quiet, I'm clean. I've done nothing to anger the women working in the office. They just decided they didn't like me because I'm young and they want to play god because I'm a full time traveler and I NEED a place to park my RV. This is such a power move on their part, now if I want a place to park that's near my job I have to keep paying the daily rate which is DOUBLE the monthly rate. For how much they charge, not a single thing here is maintained. I'm so angry and hurt. I was so respectful and kind, and I'm treated with utter disrespect. All because of what? That I'm a young traveler? Disappointing. What a let down.

I love camping but I also love a good shower! The manager, Mark is an awesome guy, very accommodating knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We didn't have to want for anything, he made sure that we had enough firewood, ice, or access to anything that we needed while there, RV Inn and Styles is so lucky to have him. We have been to several of their other locations to include Mayfield Resort and we're very disappointed in the staff, facilities and the state we found the other campgrounds, we had pretty much given up on RV Inn and Styles until we found Harmony Lakeside and Mark, he makes it feel like a 5 star resort! My boys especially look forward to fishing the spots Mark showed them again this year and sharing fishing stories. Oh and our cabin was super clean, had all the satellite channels we could ask for, the beds are comfy, there's plenty of room and our family enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. 10/10 recommend. We will be spending so much more time there this year. Thank you Mark for making our experience amazing and for going above and beyond to make our vacation great, without you it wouldn't be worth the trip from Vancouver! Keep up the great work! See you soon!

This trip was a bit of a mixed bag and most of it had to do with trying to deal with this resort. On one hand, the location was absolutely stunning nice relaxed great access to the lake and the RV spots were well kept and nice. It seemed obvious that this location was recently individually owned, but has now been purchased by a larger corporation. And the experience dealing with booking or communication was really tough. They were low staff, and so there was only one guy who seemed to be working all day and all night. I don’t recall his name, but he was very attentive when he could be found, and he did a fabulous job… But he needed a lot more help for a full campground of vacationers. They allow you to rent pontoon boats, and our group did that one day but it was a mess trying to figure out if they had a reservation or not which boat we were gonna take if the boat would start and more. I would skip the pontoon boat the next time. would I visit this place again? If their customer service and communication got fixed, the answer would be an instant yes. But because of the way, the corporation is running the location, we probably will skip this location next time. This would be a one star if it wasn’t for how beautiful the location was as well as the one employee who was trying his damnedest to make sure we were all taken care of.

Nice campground and friendly staff. I think they need more staff. For the most part the grounds are clean. The swimming pool was "closed due to maintenance" all week while we were there I am not sure what happened but stopped to view and water was brown like muddy water. Only access to lake if you don't have a boat is a gravel area not meant for a lot of people. We had a good time

The onsite laundry was also convenient. However, if you are on vacation and looking for a rustic outdoors experience, this is not it. There are no trees at the sites and most sites have outdoor carpet in place of grass. Since I have my Starlink dish permanently flat mounted on the top of my camper, the lack of trees was welcome for me. I will certainly stay here again if I am working in this area in the future.
