And everyone I met while looking at homes there were friendly and loved living there. I asked about that it's not in walking distance to anything and several miles by car. No problem, worth it! It's a steep, long walk to get down to the water, you can't take a vehicle to get down there... Who cares? I'm still considering moving there.

Monthly lot rental....Sooooo expensive. Plus people are selling manufactured homes for up to $300,000. The grounds are not that nice and the pool is open 5 months out of 12. Insane...why are these mobile home parks charging sooooo much rent? It's sad because living in a community would be nice

Always clean! Great views! It's good to see a wide range of ages here for over 55 park. There's an awesome path/road down to the waterfront with a surprisingly large picnic area. A little steep, but with permission you can drive down and drop off.
