A big THANK YOU to Becky for working hard to get us a home at the last minute. Our rental had heating issues and Becky called all around to see if anyone had an opening that day for a party of 12! Thanks again for your hard work. It was a great long weekend with lots of snow!!

Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Would not recommend this company for rental. We were suppose to stay Saturday through Monday 10/18-10/20. We had to leave on Sunday night due to a power outage that started early Sunday morning and didn't end until after we left. We understand that the company can't do anything about the power outage, but when we tried to call the 6+ phone numb... Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Would not recommend this company for rental. We were suppose to stay Saturday through Monday 10/18-10/20. We had to leave on Sunday night due to a power outage that started early Sunday morning and didn't end until after we left. We understand that the company can't do anything about the power outage, but when we tried to call the 6+ phone numbers provided in the book left at the house and the numbers provided on the website and almost all were disconnected and no longer in service and NONE answered the phone it was a little frustrating. These were PROVIDED numbers for EMERGENCY calls... We just wanted some type of update or acknowledgment about the power and what we should do. The guard at the gate did let us know the power was supposed to be on at 3pm and then again at 5pm. My husband even drove down to the rental office because on the website it says they are open 7 days a week, which is not true. Then when we finally decided that we needed to leave around 7pm because there was still no power or heat and it was suppose to get into the 40s that night my husband sent an email to Becky explaining the situation. All he got was a response email thanking him for letting her know. No sorry, no apology, no attempt to make things right. Nothing. The Dancing Bear house that we stayed at was also terribly dated. There were many things broken in the home. The bottom rack of the dishwasher, the draw that held the ice maker, a window crank in the back upstairs bedroom, the bedframe on one of the beds in that same room, the ceiling fan in that room makes a horrible noise like the light is unbalanced and the brass frame on the day bed upstairs just to name a few. The guest info book provided was extremely out of date, as stated above, with all of the phone numbers provided disconnected. And restaurants that are permanently closed. Other renters have also stated, but I will as well. If you are going to change a cleaning fee of almost $200, the renter shouldn't have to strip the beds, start a load of towels, run the dishwasher and remove all trash from the property. We were unable to start the dishwasher or start the laundry due to the power outage. Again, I would not recommend this company for rentals.

Very happy with our stay in Timberline. Our rental home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved the quiet area, coffee on our porch, kayaking in the lakes, hiking Dolly Sods, and a sunset from valley view rocks. Check in and out was seamless with MountainTop Reality.

Mountain Top has an awesome team of office people working for them. We had forgotten a lap top and called to let them know. They returned our call within an hour to let us know they found it. We have went through them yearly for several years and have always had great service.

I love this place! Marvin hosts a few events here through the year. I personally go for Frostburn and Transformus. Such a beautiful property, and it's really well maintained as a festival venue. Plus, Marvin and Teresa are super awesome folks

Overall the venue was pretty decent. The main issues are arriving and departure(taking 1-2 hours) due to one way in and out. If it was organized better it could cut down on the time. The mountain itself was beautiful, just hills in every direction.

The location is amazing for festivals! The best part are the trails in the forest 🌳 I’ll be back 👏🏼
