Like all campgrounds that are in or around Grand Teton, this small and compact no frills campground, too, was quite pricy (we paid $99/day for full hookup). All sites are pull throu. The sites are quite tight. The neighbor's sawage is right next to your picnic table. Make sure not to underestimate your rig size because if you find that you can't park next to your trailer within your spot, they charge extra for overflow parking. The sites are gravel and not quite level. They don't allow campfire at the site, but have a few community fire pits. When first arriving, do not pull into the campground, but rather believe Google Maps when it takes you to the adjacent gas station / camp store / tavern. That's where you check in. There are 2 bathhouses, one has a single stall and 2 showers, the other has a few more plus laundry facility. The bathhouses were very clean! The water pressure was good.

The park is about 15 minutes from the entrance of Grand Teton National Park, 30 minutes from the airport and about 45 minutes from the town of Jackson. The South entrance of Yellowstone also isn't a terrible drive. The views at this park are amazing and we got stopped in the road by a herd of bison several times. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

I read some bad reviews here. But those made no sense. The campground was as clean as could be, the bathrooms, showers, and laundry room were spotless. I have never stayed there until this past Sept. But I will stay there next time

We enjoyed the stay in our RV. It is close to the park, hiking, rafting, horseback riding, and far from the hustle shops and crowds of Jackson. Very clean bathrooms showers and laundry. Sights are level and extremely close together. But when Im outdoors at the grand Tetons it’s not to sit at my camper but to be IN the mountains

The Fireside Buffalo Valley has the best service around this area! April and Dave are the best! Showers were so clean. Jameson the best bartender! Julian and Callie the BEST service! If you are going through this area, definitely the place to stop!!
