Not great scenery as it's in the forest. Host was extremely helpful and kind. It's a great spot if you're hitting up Yellowstone the next day as it's about 15 minutes from the south entrance. You can't really see the actual Grand Tetons from here

Great location! I was situated in the front with a walk in spot and it was nice and clean, had I only booked in advance though! There are so many great spots and amazing views further back! Examples I saw: 16-18, 20, 34, 35, 39-41, 46, 47, 53. I can’t say they are perfect just from driving by but those are ones I will pick next time. It appeared every site had a bear proof box. Bathroom was clean. Great location! I was situated in the front with a walk in spot and it was nice and clean, had I only booked in advance though! Charlie and Joan gave us the best advice on where to go see wildlife, the best views and best spots to see. We took their advice on where to go the whole time we were there and we were never not amazed at how great they said the views were. They gave us amazing hike reccomendations! This is definitely a low crowded campground with the nicest people! 10/10 recommend!! Go see Charlie and Joan for your grand Teton / Yellowstone trip!!

The Lizard Creek campground was great! The campground is managed by the nearby Signal Mountain Lodge. The campground is managed by the nearby Signal Mountain Lodge. The campground does NOT offer shower or laundry facilities but these facilities can be found ~15 mins away. It was very convenient to stay in the park and be close to the hiking areas. Our site was directly on the water and was a no-generator zone. (There is also a car camping zone that allows generators). The bathroom facilities had muddy floors from the rain but were extremely clean other than that and had running water and soap. The gentleman that checked us in was nice and respectful. There are bear boxes provided or you can keep your food in the car. The sites were reasonably sized but very close together, there is a lot of trees for privacy though! There are also a lot of bear-proof dumpsters. Did not encounter any wildlife other than ground squirrels and ducks on the lake. I recommend staying here. The only downside is that the site was expensive. It was 50$ after taxes and fees, where a comparable site in Yellowstone was 20$. I guess that is what you pay for running water. This site did have 2-3 bars of cellular service through Verizon continuously throughout our time there.

Location is good, campsites are set up big so it felt pretty private but facilities were absolutely subpar. They are old and there is only a single sink per station. In the 3 days that we were here we didn’t see the sink be cleaned once despite hair being stuck in the drainage. Would have given 3 stars but at this price point (55$ a night in high season) it’s no more than 2 stars for us.
